ChaloMate stores only what is needed to match warehouse colleagues into shared commutes: your name, contact details, home area, workplace, shift pattern and, for drivers, basic vehicle information.

Your mobile number and email are shared with a travel partner only after a seat request has been accepted. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

Messages and reviews are retained to keep the marketplace safe and may be reviewed by administrators following a report.

You can update or delete your profile at any time. Requests about your data can be sent from the profile screen.
